All Falcon Storage Condo units boast a 14’ tall roll up door and human door for ease of access. Our units are finished inside and out. Each unit is fully insulated with a professional wall finish, ceiling fan and depending on climate, either a heater or air conditioner as part of our standard package. Ceiling heights in each unit are at least 18’ clear so that one can add a second level mezzanine if desired. Some owners enjoy car lifts for stacking vehicles, air compression systems, epoxy flooring, custom cabinetry, custom work benches and more.
